"Horrible costumer service treated me very poorly. Was calling to get a life insurance quote. Started off ok but the person keeped getting off the phone to ask for advice or help (absolutely not trained). They had a good quote but when it came to the process and me asking questions the representative got very aggressive and adamant that I just come in. If they knew how to treat and talk to people they would have had another great customer. 0 stars for me been calling for quotes all day and ill gladly go to one of the many other companies that treat me with dignity."

"I am on my third year of insuring my house and my car with State Farm and I can say I have been very pleased with the rates (no claims so far have been required). I shopped around before my first purchase and found State Farm with Gustavo was competitive and 'local'....my renewal rates have increased only slightly and were so small that I have not even looked elsewhere. Additionally, State Farm has a program called Ting which has been free and can diagnose electrical wiring/power issues in your home. I was able to locate a semi-loose wire in one of my outlets by moving the Ting receiver up and down one of my circuits. Pretty cool and has eliminated a bit of dimming on the circuit."

"Drive and save! The device saved me 198 Dollars so far very happy. Unfortunately I did not have a car for 6 years because I did not need one. My insurance for full coverage was under 90 dollars. Now my insurance is 168 for liability very disappointing. I have paid more for insurance in one year than I paid for the car this is ridiculous. I have perfect driving record no accidents ever. I wish they could do something about this. I have got quotes at pretty much every insurance company and they can not get me close to what I pay here. They are always very friendly and listen and do whatever they can to help very happy with all the employees! This is why I am giving them 5 stars they deserve it and have earned this! I have Had insurance with them for over a year! I don't think you understand I first had stat farm when I was 15 years old I paid over 600 for full coverage on a brand new Truck then I had a 6 year gap and lost all of my discount."
